Based in Rohtak, Haryana. Shiva Divyang Kalyan and Punarvas Kendra is involved in revolutionary work for complete development of Divyang Persons, To provide self development & job perspective opportunities, To provide financial assistance to Divyang and poor families, To provide sports training as well as equipment to Specially Abled People (Divyang) and To motivate Divyang (Specially Abled) People.
